I’m Felipe Andrade, a creative who moves from art direction to strategy, from concept to final execution.
Father to Sô and Bê, and husband to Lú, my daily references.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve gone from hands-on creation to leading teams, serving as Creative Director, Head of Content, and most recently CCO at Cheil Brazil & LatAm. There, I helped structure content and influence areas and launched a 3D animation studio for virtual avatars, always integrating multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent results. I have a multidisciplinary profile: I move between art direction, ideation, and copywriting, connecting areas and building paths to bring ideas to life. I see myself as a problem solver, close to the client’s business challenges and committed to creative solutions that truly work. In recent years, I’ve been exploring AI as an ally in the creative workflow, using it to accelerate processes and expand possibilities without losing quality.
I don’t see boundaries between on, off, digital, or live marketing. For me, the idea is always the center the format is just the path.
I was named Digital Professional of the Year by ABRADI (2019/2020), had work published in Lürzer’s Archive, and served as a jury member for awards such as Effie, El Ojo, One Show, MMA Smarties, and Caples, among others. Recognition matters, but what truly drives me is seeing an idea leave the deck and make it to the real world.
